Center for Robotics and Intelligent Systems (CRIS)
The Center for Robotics and Intelligent Systems (CRIS) is the new IIT robotics hub opened in autumn 2018. The building has been totally refurbished to host state-of-art laboratories and testing facilities to support IIT’s investment in robotics.
The new laboratories allow IIT to aim at more ambitious objectives in the light of a renewed and stronger collaboration with academia and industry.
The Center for Robotics and Intelligent Systems also enables experimentation in indoor and outdoor dedicated spaces simulating the operation environments where our robots have to operate.
